How much is shipping?
Flat rate $25 shipping on all orders. No APO/FPO addresses — domestic shipments only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 1 week from purchase. Once marked as shipped, expect your pack in 3–5 business days.
How will I get my tracking number?
Tracking is uploaded to your account after your pack ships — usually within 2 days. Please allow up to 5 days from the physical ship date before reaching out about your order status.
What if my order is damaged in shipping?
Once a pack leaves our hands it’s in the postal service’s care — we aren’t responsible for what happens after shipping. That said, if something arrives damaged start taking pictures immediately. Do not rip the package open and destroy your proof. We will work with you as long as you have documentation and aren’t unreasonable about it. We want everyone happy!
What if something is missing from my order?
Before opening your package, inspect it and photograph the sealed, unopened parcel. Photos of the packaging before opening are required to investigate any missing-item claims — don’t throw anything away.
Everything that goes in the vacuum bag is listed on the bag itself. If it says it’s on the bag, it should be in there. We’ve had customers open the vac bag and report missing items that were actually printed on the packaging. Check the bag label first before contacting us.
